Massimiliano Allegri might be hopeful that his star attacker’s injury isn’t too serious with a crunch Champions League clash in few weeks time.


Juventus are concerned with the fitness of Paolo Dybala after the striker suffered an injury on Sunday against Sampdoria.

The 23-year-old Argentine was substituted after just 28 mins in the Serie A game, seen to take hold of his thigh in pain, he was able to stroll off the pitch.

With a Champions League quarter-final against  Barcelona coming up in April, Juventus trainer Massimiliano Allegri will wish that the injury is not too serious.
The first leg will take place at Juventus Stadium on April 11, with the second leg scheduled for April 19 at Camp Nou.

Dybala has been a key player for the Bianconeri since his was signed from Palermo last season and he has contributed his honest percentage of goals this season.

After hitting 23 goals last year, the attacker has bagged a total of 14 goals in all competitions this season to this point, including two Champions League goals.
