The 23-year-old Argentine was substituted after just 28 mins in the Serie A game, seen to take hold of his thigh in pain, he was able to stroll off the pitch.
With a Champions League quarter-final against Barcelona coming up in April, Juventus trainer Massimiliano Allegri will wish that the injury is not too serious.
The first leg will take place at Juventus Stadium on April 11, with the second leg scheduled for April 19 at Camp Nou.
